Established in 2011, the school is a self-contained unit under the aegis of ‘The Rabisons Foundation, a trust pursuing activities related to the development of the society at large. It is situated at Keonjhargarh, the District Headquarter of Keonjhar, an important mining district of the country. The school comprises of the The FOUNDATION SCHOOL (TFS) with the Preprimary Section of Rabindra Vidya Niketan over an area of 5 acres & the main school, RABINDRA VIDYA NIKETAN (RVN) with students of Primary to Senior Secondary Section, sprawling over an area of about 11 acres, fulfilling all the requirements of a Green School, namely Solar Panel, Sewage Treatment Plant, Organic Compost Preparation Unit and Handmade Paper preparation from Waste Paper. The surroundings are picturesque with an ideal atmosphere for learning.
